Plans are billed per gym, per year, and each tier is capped by active members and team seats. You can start on the free plan and move up whenever you're ready — no card up front.
Anyone with a live membership or punch card. Leads, cancelled members, and archived profiles are never counted, so you only pay for who's actually training.
The large price is the base amount. GST is added at checkout where applicable, and the GST-inclusive total is shown on the plan card before you pay.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account — the change takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
Yes. Our team imports your members, plans, and payment history for you, and stays on hand through your first weeks on WellbeSync.
